White Mountaineering and goyemon Team Up for the "unda" Slide

 

White Mountaineering and goyemon are back with a new version of their stylish sandal — the "unda" slide, releasing on April 18, 2025.

This is the third time the two brands have worked together, and this version mixes traditional Japanese style with modern technology. The sandal still has the classic geta-inspired shape (like old wooden Japanese sandals) but adds a brand-new thin air sole called “HOVER.” This new sole gives extra comfort and support while keeping the unique design.

The top part of the sandal includes a special jacquard footbed designed by White Mountaineering. It’s soft to the touch and looks like Japanese ink painting, giving the sandal a cool artistic vibe.

The White Mountaineering x goyemon “unda” will be released in black, priced at ¥37,400 JPY (around $262 USD), and will be available in-store and online through White Mountaineering.
