A brand-new version of the Air Jordan 1 High OG is on the way — and it’s a big one. Union LA, fragment design, and Jordan Brand have teamed up for a special collaboration that combines the best of all three. We now have an early look at what the sneakers might look like on foot.
This new Air Jordan 1 brings back the popular black, white, and blue color scheme from fragment design’s famous 2014 AJ1. But Union LA adds its own twist with visible blue stitching around the collar — a design detail we’ve seen on their previous Jordan collabs. A small “UNION” tag is stitched just below the Wings logo, and fragment’s lightning bolt logo appears on the heel.
Another noticeable change is the tongue, which now mixes black and off-white with exposed foam and more contrast stitching. Plus, the outsole is now white instead of the 2014 version’s blue. On the side of the midsole, there’s text that gives a nod to both Hiroshi Fujiwara of fragment and Chris Gibbs of Union LA.
The pair shown in the on-foot photos is still a sample, so the final version might change a little. But excitement is already building. The Union LA x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 High OG is expected to release in spring 2026 on Nike SNKRS and at select stores.
Sneaker fans, especially those who loved the 2014 fragment AJ1, should keep an eye out for this drop. It’s shaping up to be one of the biggest releases of the decade!
