Nike Air Max 95 “Reverse Gradient” Drops at MoMA — Might Restock Tomorrow in NYC

Nike just released a special version of the Air Max 95 called the “Reverse Gradient” at MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York — and it sold out almost instantly. But if you missed it, there’s good news: it’s rumored to restock tomorrow, April 10, through Nike’s SNKRS Pass for people in NYC.

This unique sneaker was created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Air Max 95. It takes inspiration from the original “Neon” colorway but flips the design. Instead of fading from dark to light, it fades from light grey at the bottom to black at the top, giving it the “Reverse Gradient” name.

The upper features shaggy suede for a fresh look and includes the usual reflective details that the Air Max 95 is known for. What makes this drop even more special is that the design is based on a never-released sketch by Sergio Lozano, the original designer of the Air Max 95.

The shoe dropped first on April 9 at MoMA for $190 USD, and now New York City sneakerheads might get another chance on April 10 via the SNKRS Pass. But don’t expect a wide release — this one seems to be very limited.

If you’re in NYC and love rare Air Maxes, make sure to check SNKRS tomorrow!
