A tribute to a historic NBA performance.
On March 24, 2017, Devin Booker made history as the youngest NBA player to score 70 points in a single game. At just 20 years old, Booker achieved this remarkable feat against the Boston Celtics while wearing a pair of black and orange Nike Hyperdunk Low (2016) sneakers.
To honor this milestone eight years later, Booker unveiled a special edition Nike Book 1 "Hyperdunk" PE.
A Design Inspired by Greatness
The Nike Book 1 PE draws inspiration from the Hyperdunk shoes he wore during the iconic game. The sneaker features:
-
A sleek black leather upper with vibrant orange Swoosh accents on the midsole.
-
A “70” label on the heel pull tab alongside the date of his historic game.
-
Booker’s personal PE logo in purple on the tongue.
-
Additional custom details that pay homage to his milestone.
The design is completed with a black midsole and a translucent icy outsole, adding a modern and stylish touch.
Exclusive to Booker
Unfortunately for fans, this special edition PE will not be released to the public. It remains a personal tribute to Booker’s incredible achievement and a reminder of his place in NBA history.
While the Nike Book 1 "Hyperdunk" PE won’t hit shelves, it’s a fitting way for Booker to reflect on one of the greatest performances in basketball.
