The all-new silhouette is slated to arrive later this year.
New Balance is introducing an exciting new sneaker, the New Balance 2000 ABZORB, set to release later this year. Inspired by early 2000s running shoes, this model combines retro-futuristic style with a modern streetwear aesthetic.
A first look at the New Balance 2000 was shared by Sao Paulo-based stylist Gustavo Soares on Instagram. The sneaker features a streamlined, no-sew upper, made with a breathable mesh base and synthetic overlays for a sleek and lightweight feel. A bold "N" logo sits on the side, surrounded by wavy paneling that enhances the design. The first revealed colorway is a soft baby blue with white accents, giving it a fresh and clean look.
The standout feature of the New Balance 2000 is its full-length ABZORB cushioning system, designed for maximum comfort and impact absorption. The sole resembles Nike Shox technology, featuring a five-pod setup that exposes the midfoot plate, adding to its chunky, futuristic appeal.
Stay tuned for more details on the official release date, pricing, and additional colorways.
