Edward Enninful Unveils New Media Venture: EE72

A fresh chapter in storytelling and creativity.

Former British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enninful has announced his latest project: EE72, a global media and entertainment company. Co-founded with his sister Akua Enninful, EE72 aims to push creative boundaries and promote authentic storytelling in today’s interconnected world.

A New Vision for Media

While full details of the project are still under wraps, EE72’s Instagram debut described it as a platform for innovative content, immersive experiences, and cutting-edge products. The company will collaborate with brands, creators, and storytellers to bring fresh perspectives to the media landscape.

Enninful shared his vision, stating:
"EE72 represents a natural progression of the foundation I’ve built my career on. We’re creating a space where creativity transcends boundaries, where diverse voices don’t just exist—they lead. Our mission is to reshape how we see and understand each other, building bridges across cultures and communities."

Enninful’s Legacy at Vogue

After nearly seven years at British Vogue, Enninful stepped down in February 2024. His final cover was a grand tribute, featuring over 40 industry icons, including supermodels Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, and Christy Turlington.

A Role at the 2025 Met Gala

Alongside launching EE72, Enninful has joined the host committee for the upcoming Met Gala on May 5, 2025. Themed "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style," he will work alongside co-chairs Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, and Anna Wintour to shape the prestigious event.

With EE72, Enninful is stepping beyond traditional publishing, embracing a new wave of storytelling, creativity, and representation. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting venture!
