BMW has introduced the M3 CS Touring, the first-ever high-performance wagon in the CS (Club Sport) lineup. This limited-edition model brings a powerful 550 hp engine, lightweight materials, and track-focused upgrades, blending performance with everyday practicality.
Power and Performance
Under the hood, the M3 CS Touring features a 3.0L twin-turbo inline-six engine, producing 550 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. It comes with an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission and M xDrive all-wheel drive, allowing it to accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 3.5 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 186 mph. BMW has also fine-tuned the chassis and suspension for better handling on the track and the road.
Lightweight Design and Exclusive Features
To enhance performance, BMW has reduced the car’s weight by 15 kg using carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) on the hood, front splitter, mirror caps, and rear diffuser. The titanium rear silencer also contributes to weight savings while giving the exhaust a more aggressive sound.
Inside, the M3 CS Touring features M Carbon bucket seats, a lightweight center console, and BMW’s latest iDrive system with a curved display.
Striking Appearance
The frameless kidney grille, yellow GT-style headlights, and forged wheels (19-inch front, 20-inch rear) give the car a bold and race-inspired look. It is available in exclusive colors like British Racing Green and Laguna Seca Blue.
Limited Availability
BMW has confirmed that the M3 CS Touring will be produced in limited numbers, though the exact amount is yet to be announced. Deliveries will begin in March 2025 in Europe, Australia, Japan, and South Korea.
