Nike has introduced its latest sneaker, the Air Max Dn8, designed for ultimate comfort and performance. This new model features Dynamic Air technology across the entire foot for the first time, creating a bouncy and flexible feel with every step.
The Air Max Dn8 includes two Air units and eight interconnected tubes, allowing air to flow smoothly from heel to toe. According to Jonathan Kosenick, Nike’s Lead Designer for Men’s Sportswear, the goal was to keep the shoe low to the ground while maximizing the sensation of Air. “We wanted to improve transition, so we designed eight Air chambers that connect directly with the ground,” he said.
The heel Air unit has two pressurized chambers with different pressure levels: higher pressure (15 psi) at the back for support and lower pressure (5 psi) at the front for a softer feel. The forefoot unit follows the same design, helping with energy return and comfort. The sneaker also features a breathable upper and premium materials, ensuring durability and style.
The Nike Air Max Dn8 will first release in a Hyper Pink colorway on February 6 via the SNKRS app and select retailers, with a global launch on March 6. More colors for men, women, and kids will be released in the coming weeks.
