Kyrie Irving and ANTA are continuing their successful partnership with the release of a new colorway for the Hélà Style sneaker. Named “Chief Hélà,” this lifestyle shoe pays tribute to Irving’s heritage and his journey of honoring his roots.
The “Chief Hélà” theme, which first appeared on the ANTA KAI 1, is inspired by Irving’s Lakota name, “Hélà,” and his mother’s indigenous Native heritage. The sneaker features a rich brown suede upper paired with tassel details at the heel, adding a touch of culture and tradition. Irving shared, “Every step I take in my journey honors my ancestors and the strength they’ve passed down to me.
