Seiko has added two new models to its Presage Classic series, drawing inspiration from Japan’s rich silk heritage. These watches feature dials designed to mimic the soft texture of silk, presented in an elegant “Shiro-Iro” off-white color with gold accents. The dials are protected by dual-curve sapphire glass, adding a timeless and refined touch.
The SPB480J1 model stands out with its open-heart design, while the SPB478J1 offers a more traditional look. Both watches capture a vintage feel with their curved dials, leaf-style hands, and indices. The seven-piece bracelet, inspired by retro 1970s metal bands, is crafted for both comfort and elegance.
Powered by Seiko’s in-house 6R55 movement, these watches include a date display at 3 o’clock and a 72-hour power reserve. Priced between £900 and £1,050 GBP (around $1,148–$1,340 USD), both models are available for pre-order on Seiko’s official website.
