G-SHOCK and KFC Unite for a Festive Christmas Collaboration

 

G-SHOCK has partnered with KFC to celebrate Christmas with a special-edition timepiece that highlights their shared connection to Japanese culture. This limited-edition watch combines G-SHOCK’s rugged durability with KFC’s iconic status in Japan’s holiday traditions.

KFC became a Christmas staple in Japan in the 1970s with its famous “Kentucky is Christmas” campaign. Honoring this tradition, G-SHOCK has reimagined its popular GA-2100 model in a vibrant red design featuring bold KFC branding.

The watch boasts G-SHOCK’s signature toughness, with carbon core guard technology, 200-meter water resistance, and shock resistance. It includes practical features like alarms, a countdown timer, and a stylish design that celebrates the cultural connection between the two brands.

This unique timepiece isn’t for sale—it’s part of an exclusive giveaway. In a nod to KFC’s 11 herbs and spices, only 11 watches have been made. Starting December 14, one watch will be given away daily at 11:11 a.m. GMT through KFC’s online shop, with the final giveaway on Christmas Eve.
