Under Armour has revealed official images of the Curry Fox 1 “Happy Fox Day Alt,” and the release is set for December 20th, De’Aaron Fox’s birthday. The shoe will be available for $120, launching on Under Armour’s website and at Dick’s Sporting Goods.
De’Aaron Fox, Sacramento Kings’ All-Star, joined Curry Brand under Stephen Curry and Under Armour in late 2023, leading to the debut of his signature shoe, the Curry Fox 1. After its first release on December 6th in the “Happy Fox Day” colorway, this alternate version offers a fresh, holiday-inspired design.
The “Happy Fox Day Alt” colorway combines Christmas tones, with dark green covering the upper’s mesh, synthetic, and leather sections. Gold accents appear on the lace strap and heel with an intricate pattern, while multicolor laces and a gold tongue logo add flair. Fox-themed elements stand out in the design, including his personal logo that cleverly merges a fox, the number 5, and the letter “D.” The lace strap ends in a fox tail-like detail, adding a unique touch.
Performance is a highlight of the Curry Fox 1. It features Under Armour’s FLOW cushioning for comfort, a TPU heel counter for support, and a durable outsole with a unique tread pattern for traction on the court.
