CNCPTS x New Balance 740 “Saignée” Drops December 13th

CNCPTS has announced that its latest collaboration with New Balance, the 740 “Saignée,” will release on December 13th. Inspired by the champagne-making process, this unique colorway will be available online and at CNCPTS stores in Boston, New York, and their new Miami location.

This collaboration continues CNCPTS’ focus on tech runners, following their recent ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 project. The New Balance 740 features a striking gradient mesh base, shifting from light to dark green as it moves from heel to toe. Bright orange accents on the tongue and New Balance logo add a pop of contrast, while light grey overlays and a green-orange heel panel tie the design together. The inclusion of cork insoles gives the shoe a premium, lifestyle-friendly touch.

The 740 is New Balance’s latest 2010s runner to be revived, joining models like the 1906R, 2002R, and 530. With this fresh collaboration and inline colorways, New Balance seems optimistic about the 740’s return to the spotlight. After also being featured in Aminé’s recent partnership with the brand, the 740 is poised to make a strong comeback.

Keep an eye out for more details, but for now, mark December 13th on your calendar if you’re planning to grab a pair of these stylish retro runners.
